PCC MISSION MOMENTS

Inspired by God’s promise of abundant life, Presbyterian World Service & Development envisions a sustainable, compassionate and just world. On February 5—PWS&D Sunday—we remember the work our church is doing to uphold God’s promise in vulnerable communities around the world. With generous gifts from individuals and congregations and the commitment of partners around the world, PWS&D is able to carry out programs in international development and emergency relief to help communities rise above poverty and disaster and access basic necessities like nutritious food, clean water, health care, quality education and basic human rights. With each family that is empowered to build a sustainable livelihood, grow their own food and rise above illness, we witness God’s Spirit enabling abundant life.
