Hymn: Take my life and let it be consecrated #637
Prayer of Adoration, Confession and Assurance of Pardon
Gracious loving Father, we praise You for each day You grant to us, each day You are crowning us with love and compassion. Sometimes it’s far above our understanding that You love us so much and that You never withhold Your blessings. With this time of worship our prayer is that in all we do You will receive praise and glory through us. All these things we pray knowing that You brought us together to bestow Your blessings upon us. We praise and glorify Your holy name. Amen.

The Prayers of the People & The Lord’s Prayer
Ask for prayer requests and then pray…
Father of all grace and compassion, we come in this moment to vow our commitment to You, Your Son Jesus Christ and Your Spirit of truth. Yes, we take a stand for Jesus, not just in Lent but every day of our lives. And this we do by taking the cost in consideration. It means that we have to take up our crosses for Jesus.
Father, we bring before You people dear to us and ask that You will answer the situations of ….., ……, ….. and …..
Hear us when we continue the prayer Your Son taught us….
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name,
thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen
Hymn: I have decided to follow Jesus #570

The cup of wine symbolizes the blood of Christ that gives us new life. The colour of the worshiper’s robe is blue, the colour of hope for eternal life in Heaven.
The empty cross represents the universal salvation offered by the resurrected Christ.
