In Celebration of Rev. Lydia Bae’s Induction Service flower arrangements have been provided by Rev. Bae’s family.

Food Bank Donations – The wheelbarrow for food donations is at the back of the Sanctuary. We are collecting non-perishable food items for local families in need. Norma Leith has kindly volunteered to deliver your donations to the Langley Food Bank.

Pentecost Pulpit Banner – The white dove symbolizes the Holy Spirit, as white stands for purity, holiness, innocence, faith and light. The tongues of fire are to represent the tongues of fire the Holy Spirit appeared as on the day of Pentecost.

Pentecost Fruit of the Spirit Banners – The Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus as a dove. On Pentecost the Holy Spirit come to rest on believers as tongues of fire. The nine flames extending from the dove’s halo and along the bottom of the coordinating banner represent the fruit of the Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
